More than just a home inspection...

HOME INSPECTIONS

Pre-Listing inspection:

Selling a property?

A pre-listing inspection will give you all of the information you need on the current condition of the property. The inspection will uncover concerns that might compromise a sale. It helps to identify deficiencies that can then be rectified prior to listing, maximizing the potential value of the listing.

Pre-purchase inspection:

Investing in a new property?

An inspection prior to purchase will ensure you are fully aware of the current condition of the property. Purchase your property with confidence, in the knowledge, you have all the information to make a sound decision.

New Build inspection:

Building a property?

A new home isn't always problem free! A new build inspection will take place prior to possession. The inspection will identify  deficiencies so that they can be addressed with your builder.

New Home warranty inspection:

Settling into your property?

This generally takes place eleven months after you have taken possession of your new build and prior to the expiry of the builder's annual warranty.

During the first year after construction potential issues may present themselves. An inspection at this stage would be beneficial to re-evaluate the condition of the building.

   THERMAL IMAGING

Why Thermal Imaging?

An infrared camera in the hands of a certified, experienced Thermographer, will provide a great deal of information about what’s occurring within the home and is not visible to the naked eye.

The advanced, non-invasive technology allows the Inspector to monitor and diagnose the condition of a building, by providing immediate high-resolution thermal imagery. Clients are shown information about the property that cannot be revealed using conventional inspection methods.

Infrared Thermal Imaging can be used to detect:

  •     Hidden moisture which can lead to mold.

  •     Plumbing leaks.

  •     Overheated electrical equipment and electrical hot spots.

  •     Missing/compressed insulation.

  •     Air leaks around windows and doors.

A thermal camera is truly a Home Inspectors best friend!

Learn everything about your home.
