Why have a home inspection?
Purchasing a property is a large monetary investment. A home inspection will provide you with a detailed overview on the current condition of the property. The inspection affords an independent, unbiased view so that you have all the facts you need to make an informed decision.
What will the inspection cover?
A thorough inspection covers the structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems of a home and facility. The Inspector will identify deficiencies, and safety concerns and will offer you helpful home maintenance advice.
How long does an inspection take?
Depending on the size and condition of the property, a thorough home inspection will generally take between two and four hours.
Should I attend the inspection?
It is down to personal preference, however, I do recommend you attend. You have the opportunity to learn about the property and ask pertinent questions. I have found clients like to attend as it affords them a significant amount of time within the property prior to possession
When will I receive a report on your findings?
On the day of the inspection, you will receive a comprehensive, top-quality, user-friendly report containing photographs and thermal scan images. The inspection report will be issued to you in an electronic format.
